XMFIXER does not ask for an account, does not collect personal information, and does not include analytics, advertising or tracking software. Your desk records stay on your device. The app requests market data from a third-party provider, and that request carries the technical information any internet request carries.
The app keeps the following on your device only: desk records (holdings, positions, orders, history, captured fixes), your watchlist and fix board, chart settings, and a cache of recently fetched market data. Nothing in this list is sent to us. Deleting the app removes all of it. "Start over" on the Desk tab clears the desk records without deleting the app.
Reference prices, statistics and chart history are requested from the CoinGecko API (api.coingecko.com) over HTTPS while the app is open. Like any web request, this exposes your IP address and standard request headers to CoinGecko. The request identifies the app with an API key that belongs to the app's publisher, not to you, and carries no identifier for you or your device. CoinGecko's handling of request data is described in its own privacy policy at coingecko.com/en/privacy.
The app opens this site's pages in an in-app browser and can open your mail app with our support address pre-filled. Whether to send that email, and what it contains, is up to you. We use messages you send only to answer them.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, notifications or app-tracking permission.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
If the app starts to handle data differently, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continued use after a change means the updated policy applies.
